Do I need to install Java?
Yes. Curveseries needs a 64 bit Java to run – you can find the latest Java 64 bit Windows Runtime here.

My credentials are keyed in - nothing happens
Make sure that Java 64 bit Runtime is installed on your machine and the computer has Internet access.

Firewall and read/write
Please allow *.c3excel.com in your Firewall over Port 80 and 443, and make sure the user has both ‘read’ and ‘write’ permission to the installation folder ‘C:\Curveseries’.

My update stopped without completing
Don’t worry – your Curveseries will have been updated but your Excel Add-In might not have, likely due to an open Excel. Your functionality will be intact.
